An overdue digg into Malik Obama and the Barack H. Obama Foundation
In 2008 (offically opened in 2009) Malik Obama started the Barack H. Obama Foundation, named after the father he and Hussein share.

On the website are multiple photos of Malik with the The Islamic Dawa Organization (IDO) during the 2010, Munadhamat Dawa Al-Islamia (MDI) Board of Directors Conference in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan.
One of the objectives of the IDO is to spread Wahhabist Islam across the African continent. The IDO itself is one of the member organizations of the International Islamic Council for Da’wa and Relief (IICDR,) an umbrella group for 86 Islamic organizations, many of which are associated with the global Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas fundraising, or support for Al Qaeda.

Malik Obama helps lead as Executive Director at the IDO which is a member organization of “The Union of Good” (UG), which the U.S. Treasury designated as “Terrorist.”

In the pictures posted is Omar al-Bashir (President of Sudan from 1989 to 2019) who can be seen dressed in black, near center.
On April 11 2019, al-Bashir was forced from power in a military coup, as well as dozens of government officials, including Prime Minister Mohamed Taher Ayala and the head of the ruling National Congress Party, Ahmed Haroun, have also been arrested.

The Executive Director listed on the 990-EZ for the Barack H. Obama Foundation is Ray Baysden.
In 1973, he joined the US State Department's Bureau of Diplomatic Security as a Special Agent. Gaining considerable experience in liaison activities with international government officials, he then became a Counselor with US Embassies in Haiti, Pakistan, Syria, and the Ivory Coast.
Baysden joined the United Nations in 1995, applying his emergency procedures and security expertise in service of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF)
From 2008 to 2012 was the Chief of the Joint Mission Analysis Centre for the United Nations, Stabilization Mission in Haiti.
Baysden, is a former State Department employee who was stationed in Karachi, Pakistan at a time when President Barack Obama is said to have visited Karachi for 3 weeks, in the 1980′s

According to the organization’s filings, Lerner approved the foundation’s tax status within a month of filing, an unprecedented timeline that stands in stark contrast to conservative organizations that have been waiting for more than three years, in some cases, for approval.
Lerner also appears to have broken with the norms of tax-exemption approval by granting retroactive tax-exempt status to Malik Obama’s organization.
