As a small remark: From what I've found so far, all of those images were not directly cited by Q but indirectly.

That is, some anon posted the image, another anon cited the anon, and Q quoted the anon citing the first anon.

That's why you're having difficulties finding the images you're missing.

I have found six of those in my archive, but it'll be quite some work (if not impossible) to find the others.

If I'd have to find them, I'd go with the thumbs and tried to find the originals using the thumbs in image searches on the web.

Since qanon.news has a lot of original size images, I did try a script fetching the missing filenames

It seems none of the files listed as missing can be found on qanon.news.
