Question boils down to, do illegal aliens somehow shed the jurisdiction of where they came from, and have it automatically replaced with the jurisdiction of where they are. Answer is no.

This is also a carve out for diplomats and their offspring, since a diplomat's child born in the US is not a US citizen. Think it covers American indians born on the res too.

The bible does not, and cannot, gain credibility by mankind.

God's truth, inspired by God, is real.

The bible is true.

Everything in the bible is true.

Shed the cabal empiricism and stop demanding that the truth be proven to you. Truth is revealed. Not proven empirically. Only "not false" is demonstrated, not proven, empirically.

Empiricism can only tell you that the bible is "not false".

God can tell you, personally, that it is true.
