November, December, January, what did WA DOH do to prepare for a potential virus outbreak?

Did they provide refresher training for healthcare workers to evaluate and contain patients? Did they provide training to airport and port management on what to look for and maintain hygeine?

Besides the annual flu season alert in September and posting the CDC resources, doubt WA DOH took steps in preparation.

Hope they send the coona virus and influenza memos they are restricted to crowds over 250, just to be safe.
