For that matter, an old hospital that is no longer in use would make a good place to set up exhibits. There are such hospitals that you can rent as film sets complete with all the old equipment like morgue gurneys.

I would guess that he is going into the secure telecom business in the USA and his first customers will be in new york because of the financial industry there which can benefit from a truly secure unhackable comms infrastructure that cannot be exploited by either corporate or government espionage.

I think that the white hats want to control 666 Fifth Ave partly because of the symbolism which attracts the cult of con-artists. By denying them the use of that address, they weaken the blackhats psychologically.

But of course there has to be a solid business reason and that comes from Iran. The neighbor at 650 5th ave is tainted by Iran and if not already confiscated, soon will be.

Either Kushner will knock them both down and build a new building that will NOT use the 666 address, or he is the front for someone else, and will flip it to the unknown party who will do that.

At the end, either Kushner or the new owner might be renting a lot of space to the Federal government who wants to relocate important agencies/departments out of Washington to denature the swamp once and for all. No point draining it if many of the forces that caused it to form are still there.

DC was created in the horse and buggy age. That level of concentration of the Federal government is no longer needed and, in fact, undesirable.
