What if they can do all that and more without an RFID chip implant?
Every brain emits a unique frequency, can and is interfaced remotely.
So there must be other reasons to have the implant besides tracking and currency.

My take is that the number is that of a man, therefore (you) already have it. The only difference is the technology and systems are now in place to interface and control you. Which is why all men great and small will have this mark.
