Article from last summer (sorry, CBS):

"Is Jared still involved with the building?

No, because he sold off his stake earlier this year to avoid worries about conflicts of interest.

Jared sold 49.5 percent of its office space to the massive real estate company Vornado. Thirty percent of the building remains vacant"

I'm guessing that it was purchased by the good guys to get it out of the hands of Team Evil, even if that meant paying too much.

"This was an unconventional sales price for such a short building by New York standards, but its high price was mainly because of its location on Fifth Avenue near Rockefeller Center."

Agreed. I read on their website about one of their tech solutions that is able to "identify and control" any laptop or phone that connects to its network.

Posted about it in a bread earlier this week, but don't know how to find that old post, without searching through each bread one by one.

Is there a global search tool for this board yet?
