OK. Here is something that caught my eye a while ago. There have been 36 instances of Q posting "WHO" underlined. There are instances of other words, mostly initials or acronyms, such as:

HRC, AS, POTUS, MI, FBI, CIA, NSA, NG, NP, RR etc…

You get the point.

How come every time he posted "WHO" in all caps was it underlined?

"WHO", obviously is an acronym for World Health Organization.

Has Q been signaling to us that WHO is a Player in the game?
