The air craft that has been used for sun blockage, (for our protection?),

Could be used to combat the virus in the same way as blocking the sun could it not? Provided there is no harm to human life in the processed plan of attack, used at a lower altitude to work faster than the slow drift that has been used in the past years. Some what like a fire fighting air craft system. Some thing like the fog systems used in Wuhan China at ground level to combat the corona virus there. Would this be possible at all, what are the pros/cons?
