There are seven Q posts with the exact phrase Now comes the pain - all from May 2018. Here are some snippets from those. This phrase came to my mind strongly when reading through the last bread. Q equated PAIN with JUSTICE in post 3124, and the Punisher logo was named PAIN.png in 2194. Haven't re-read the dozens of other posts with the word "pain" in them yet, but anyone perceiving a connection between coronavirus, pain, justice, and indictments?
