Got my almonds all buzzing. Because… As i was waiting on him to speak, I was looking into Emergency act and similar things. Trying to see if I could get ahead of what he might say… I read a tiny bit into the PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE ACT OF 1944. and in there it says that POTUS has the authority to get this moving all on his own without congress. And it has to do with that act and ( get this) DUE TO FOREIGN COMMUNICABLE DISEASES …. I think this is where we are headed. This would give potus power to quarantine parts or the entire country. Thats captured under Title 42 of yhe US code, chapter 6a.
