Instead of TP for your bunghole, might I suggest the 'Family Cloth'. Just weed out your worn out XXXL tee shirts, cut into handy squares. Wipe up with a clothen square. You could just shower after you poop. Yes, your pooping should be done at home. Also, occasionally peroxiding and alcoholing your poop chute is probably a good idea.
