Taking her out too soon would have been one more unnecessary pressure if done too early? Why get everyone in a frenzy over too many judges turning over if she's not going to be a problem? Under this thinking, I'm not sure whether it's best she go now or post electiion. It would influence voter turn-out…just not sure wht the ideal dead/alive or Rep/Dem voters it would most sway.
