Never. Saturday is usually Friday resignation announcements, on Sundays the eastern hemisphere Monday announcements start.
However, they've been decreasing a little - I'm down to about 2 posts per day vs the 3+ that were the case for a good 15mos.
I couldn't guess if I wanted to. I've been doing this since bread 2709 with at least 40 resignations a day absolute minimum. There are usually ~20 -23 resignations per post. It's been a shitload.
