didn’t part of the big Russian meteor land in a lake?

for reference, that one measured a 2.7 on the seismographs and this one measured a 2.0 …. so while quite a bit larger, still seems like part of it should have made landfall

if paid shills are confirmed for stupid reality shows …… hmmmmmm. TBH I never wanted to believe that “paid shills” was much of a real thing, but more like ignorant fools or: “useful idiots”

I ignore anyone saying they “know the timeline”.

two things: “no man knows the day or the hour” Matthew 24:36

and “there will be wars and rumors of wars, but fear not the time has not yet come”…. Matthew 24:6

I think we are in the “end times”, but that could mean the 50 years leading up to it.

A few things I personally believe:

  • God won’t allow the human genome to be corrupted again like the time of the Nephalim

  • I don’t think He will allow a “Singularity”

  • I don’t think He will allow the trans humanists to achieve their goals of living forever.

these are markers in time, in my mind.

I like your thinking anon - only thing I would argue , are the things I brought up in prior comment >>84175 …..

I don’t think God will allow these abominations, ie: living forever and truly sentient AI. And the people trying to do this think they can get it done in decades… 2050 or so.

related: “nothing is impossible for them” referencing the tower of babel.

So, I do think we could pull it off.

speaking of the tower of babel, imagine how much more awful the earth’s timeline would have been if God had not set our technological advancement back a millennia at Babel.
