So let's get this straight. DNC hired the Awans to hack into Congress member's files/email and get dirt. Awans represent Pakistan intelligence (ISI) and probably Muslim Brotherhood. Awans share dirt with DNC and cabal, who use it as leverage on the politicians. In return, Pakistan gets billions in funding from USG, some of which probably get redirected back to the cabal.
