That said, I wanna address 2 of your points:

What about the employees of said corporations? I don't think that they should suffer from lack of leadership bc their bosses fucked up. Get the fuckups outta the way, get new leadership installed, and the company survives without them, jobs retained, no Enron situations where everyone shows up to no job bc their leadership was fucked up. Lesson learned from the past.

Public opinion matters a LOT in this situation. If they were all rounded up in a day with no prior explanation to the public, then public and MSM screams "witch hunt", "trump is doing this for revenge" "now we REALLY want to get trump out of office, he's just locking up people that he doesn't like, and they've done nothing wrong!!!" To avoid that, give the masses a precursor @ the very least from people just like them, and when HRC or BHO or NP get a court date, and by that point the public has some idea as to why, bc their interest has already been peaked.
In other words, short game will only get one night stands and a few good bangs, but right back where you started, with your dick in your hand. Long game can lead to a marriage that all can be happy in. playing the long game to clean up a clusterfuck of this magnitude, it what's required, or, we all end up with another cabal in place.
