Yup.
I think the EU saying they weren't informed is bullshit. They were told to shut down their borders or they were going on the flight ban list. Merkel coming out yesterday and saying 70% were going to be infected was the final straw. They won't stop flights to China and Iran, so why should the US let people of those countries fly in from Europe?
UK and Ireland can shut down the borders. I think the article in the last bread about UK not wanting the EU ban is bullshit, too, going by the name of the cabinet member.
EU can't or won't shut down their borders, and they want the citizenry to believe it wouldn't matter to the course of the virus spread if the borders were closed.
