California Gov. is speaking specifically as to CV ONLY. Those CDC may reflect all flu stats is my guess. We only have 4 deaths in CALIF.

Can’t speak for other states but, as an employee for a an arm of California, our computer systems would encounter a slow down during lunch hours due to the fact that we were sharing bandwidth with cellphone users. Even our phone systems were transferred to the internet.
