He's wearing Q sweatshirt and Punisher hat so he's on board with Q. He's just saying what anons already suspected anyways. Seems like he just wants to share something that he heard. No harm in that.

The number might have been assigned to him by Twitter when he signed up. That's what happened to be. There is a 3 after my chosen handle bc 2 other people already had the same handle before me.
