Low follower counts can be by design, especially if they are from a personal account. That's how I roll on Twitter.
They can also be because Twitter throttles followers, and or shadow bans/outright bans. I've had multiple Twitter accounts suspended (one on the very first post because I mentioned Q).
Either way, maybe this kid is telling the truth, maybe shades of the truth, or what he knows we all want to hear.
