Serious Question here.

Do we know if state courts and governments are going to close down soon, all over the country?

I'm asking because I might have to file the most important document of my lifetime in a courthouse tomorrow or on Monday, and now I'm scared I might not be able to.

Are we going under Martial Law around all 50 states, soon?
