wouldn't it be smartest to over-leverage yourself right now and buy real assets or just take a junior position on high-yield short term notes and wait for reset?

For instance, take 100k and leverage that for a 700k LOC, lend out the 700k at par with a 1mo maturity, get real liquidy in return for your extended credit and continue until the reset.

that way when reset comes, you get compensated for your liquidity and all the debt you leveraged gets wiped out.
