Going out on a limb here. What if CV is a mutation of sorts for them and it turns on a gene that has previously been turned off. Q mentioned something about wanting to keep the lights out. Stay with me here.
What if that gene is like the glow in the dark mice gene? They glow like clowns. Who decided clowns glow unless they already knew?
They know they glow but they've somehow turned it off. I'm thinking it's cosmic or sun related and that's about to change but that's just me.
They've been called the illuminati for eons. What if they really do illuminate? They would self isolate to keep from being seen. Couldn't walk down the street.
The reverse could also be true. We've had our lights turned off and they never had any.
