Used the powers to buy munsy coin, to benefit from a gambling industry putting vidya slots in taverns, many of which got busted and seized by state, then purchased by kneel (taverns, that is, unable to make it without the slots). This was when Lotto was being pushed in the legislature. Things went bad for him, as he took too much, and the casinos were on the way, increasing the enforcement of gambling crime and punishment.

I think there are many corpses in the wake of this story, though it is just those of working fools and gambling types that got in the way.

Not so glamorous, but important to those who watch the criminals live well and pray mostly to get in on it.
