Just mail out the test kits to every household and base your study on the results..also add a few questions about the census in there also.
Additional questions could include voluntary answers questions like are you a DEM or GOP, who would you be voting for in the 2020 election..
You know they will be sending in the kits to see if they have the CV…but the additional answers would be a gold mine to the poll numbers and probably more accurate.
