I posted this clip here yesterday, the green binder is digitally edited to coincide with the reporter saying "Green budget".
The point of posting the clip though, is that the news Media is doing shit like this all the time to subliminally reinforce the narrative that they want the viewer to be programmed with. We noticed the green binder because it's obvious and undeniable, but what else is the media presenting that is a total fabrication? (That is the question normies should be asking when they see this clip)
