Spending the day going to the store and pharmacy for elderly neighbors. If this thing is real and the elderly are susceptible, help out the vulnerable around you by going to the store for them so they don’t have to go out for 3 weeks.

If they try to brush it off ask them when was the last time they shut down ALL sporting events (9/11). Many elderly were kids during WWII rationing so that’s another angle.
