As we know 470 is two separate references according to Q, there also is a third.
1- Huber investigators which is quite clear.
(Huber) already began the investigation(s) late last year w/ assigned team of 470 investigators (attorneys) Q 2072

2- A very lightly crumbed reference to 470 MIL Intel Brigade.

my take is there are (2) 470's alluded to in The Plan and the GA, I think the Huber reference was a headfake/disinfo (an abstract number of staff), MIL 470 likely involved to some degree but not entirely crucial to The Plan in terms of who was assigned the mission since there are other Intel units doing similar work. The third 470 is a vague reference but supportable and would be 100% vital to the The Plan and GA, in fact it could not be accomplished how Potus/Q want without it!
