I am actually wondering the same thing. I'm under the impression that both RNC and DNC are trying to use our response to said surveys to develop a better understanding of how to seek elections through trickery. I am sure of it. Have participated in many just for research mostly, then all of a sudden received DNC survey in the mail 2 days ago. Very insightful considering I always swing hard right in my answers. A smart person would normally study their enemies to better learn how to infiltrate then use against them.
