This is close, but not quite right. Think of it as a 'Free Will' kind of a thing.
The Law is that everyone has been endowed with 'Free Will' and is free to do anything as long AS THEY DO NOT VIOLATE ANOTHER's FREE WILL.
Evidently, the Cabal's means of getting around this mandate is to tell you what they are going to do, and then, by your letting it happen, they avoid violating your Free Will because you made the conscience decision to allow it.
