DS always telegraphs their moves to us. People think it's for multiple reasons, such as:

1. To make fun of how dumb we are. "Look we handed them everything and they still fell for it."

2. Because it makes them feel more justified in their atrocities. "We gave them a chance."

3. Or, because natural law requires it. I don't know the ins-and-outs of this one, so maybe other anons can chime in, but I read something about people thinking that evil must always telegraph its presence to fulfill requirements of natural law. That's about all I got on it.
