Been saying use a VM but few listen, they can't glean much from a clean VM ;-) Just make sure not to share the VM with any drives or folders on the host and leave drag and drop off, no connections to or from VM to host. And only to browse here, don't use the same VM for personal searching.
Once you set up the new VM the way you want it make a clone of it before using it for browsing and keep it for a clean/fresh backup. Then if you get hit with a virus or some other reason comes up you can always delete the VM, pull in the fresh clean clone, make another clone for backup and be back up and running in a few minuets, easy peasy
