approximately
spoon chopped ginger
spoon chopped purple onion
spoon chopped turmeric (or powder, it's fine)
spoon chopped garlic
all finely chopped… add salt, black pepper, honey and lemon for taste
flavor is too strong but it's a true "pick me up" for flues and colds, make sure you ate something just right before or it will possibly burn or upset your stomach
