Between this and the repetitive questions during the press briefing earlier today the media sure seems awfully obsessed with pointing out all these foreign politicians that came down with the corona virus who had recent meetings with POTUS and associates. Why are they trying to convince everyone that people within the administration have CV?
If it was just about making POTUS look bad or removing him from office over the response they would just further spread the infection in the US and push the "Orange man bad and didn't take action soon enough" narrative. They are very specifically trying to imply that POTUS and the people around him themselves personally have the virus. I wonder if there's some news coming about people infected by the virus? That it only activates in certain circumstances maybe? Might be why they kept pushing the testing angle also, so they can manipulate the results and claim POTUS is "one of them" when the hammer falls.
I don't see how Trump merely being infected would suddenly let them go full 25th amendment, but then again they also just tried to impeach him for literally nothing so who even know these days.
Still, I find it funny that all these reporters were so adamant on pushing that Trump apparently has this super-contagious virus while physically sitting within a few hundred feet of him. Very amusing.
