Your body can only use so much vit. C at once.

Whatever it doesn't need will just be pissed out.

Better to have a small amount of Vit. C everyday.

Consistency and moderation.

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, meaning your system only soaks up what it needs and then flushes out any extra. Because of this, vitamin C is relatively safe at doses well above your recommendation. However, if you take a megadose of the vitamin, you may wind up suffering from several uncomfortable side effects.

>Food as medicine is good.

Agree. I just get up in the morning and drink about a shot of orange juice and then go about my day. I rarely get sick.

I thought that Goolag was a C!A op anyways, so wouldn't they already be a gov't org. ?

Only privately owned as far as the public is concerned?

Also, wasn't Walmart propped up to bc of the FEMA camp thing?

So these so called private companies that are helping out during this Corona thing aren't really private companies then, they are gov't run, just under the table.
