On the Corona Notable, covering the vitamin C IV recoveries.

Saw the research on the vitamin C by IV back three four weeks ago.

Not a LARP.

Vitamin C now gone off my local Walmart shelf, so, will be using the wild rose hips off my farm. These rose weed bushes are all over North America, and classified as a weed on the farm lands, so, I put a pic here, so anons know what to look for in the wild.

I had NO idea how strong the vitamin C was in one of these little rose hips. God puts medicine everywhere….

From the NIH:

"If you use a rose hip supplement or tea blend, check the label to determine the vitamin C content. To avoid side effects, do not take an excessive amount of rose hips or other ascorbic acid products. The National Institutes of Health sets the limit for teens at 1,800 mg vitamin C and 2,000 mg for adults. A rose hip supplement may contain as much as 1,000 mg of the nutrient per capsule, while 1 cup of rose hip tea can contain 2,000 mg. If your doctor recommends a vitamin C supplement for a special condition, ask exactly how much of the vitamin you should take."

Stay under 2000 mg a day to avoid relative scurvy when you stop taking the vitamin C.

Looks like 2-4 rose hips will make the tea, and give you plenty of vitamin C. Keep it to a cup a day if fresh rose hips.

The bushes are everywhere if you know what you are looking for.

Dont let them bite you when you are picking. They are roses. They have thorns.
