while i understand the blood lust and the desire for vengeance, you are right anon, we can not cave to these desires, they still need to be punished. But we need to show kindness to them, and that may be the most difficult thing we have to do in this battle. Knowing the evil and the sin and saying we forgive. Tough thoughts but they do need contemplation
Did i say to not punish them, Jesus came with a sword, and he will cut, but we must become better in spite of our anger, even with it being justified.

sorta kinda, its not that we should not fight back or stop them. But like many people say hate the sin not the sinner. Often times people have been abused to such a point there is no hope back except by the salvation of Christ.
