I regularly use Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother) for all sorts of cuts, sores, rash, hair wash, etc…
and,
I take it internally 1-2-3 times a day -Usually more if necessary-
I love it - it works great for me - and luckily, I really like the taste of vinegar (spouse anon hates it) but I could drink a glass of it…
That said, I would not put ACV in my eyes
I will think about it - putting CS in my eyes… still unsure - well, I just haven't heard it before today….
