Yes, have posted many times on colloidal silver.

Normally we take ours, 20 parts per million (ppm) orally once a day and we just simply don't get sick with the infectious diseases that other people get. For 20+ years we don't get sick.
Yes you can use colloidal silver in a nebulizer. We have one, and have tried it, but would save that type of administration for a serious respiratory illness – if we ever get one. I did not enjoy the nebulizer experience, simply because it drenches your lungs with miniscule droplets of the distilled water in which the silver colloid is suspended.
But yes, we consider that one available emergency treatment for respiratory illness and would not hesitate to use it if necessary.
Hopefully our daily oral dose keeps us safe from infectious disease.
And no we are not blue. Our skin coloring is normal and the same as it was 20 years ago.
