Ctrl-F 'busy' , 'phone' – nothing.

They've cut off the phones out here. Every number I dial is busy … can txt, have asked friend to call me. My cell says I have service (I can txt) but they reply it goes straight to voice mail.

West coast, I-5 corridor. Anybody else feeling isolated by the snow and the government tomfoolery?
