The Top of the Sixes restaurant was converted to a members only cigar lounge called the Grand Havana. Recent articles claim it is the preferred meeting place for the titans of Wall Street, NYC entertainment industry types, sports icons and politicians. Imagine being a fly on the wall of a place like that. I'll bet they have a state of the art security system with hidden cameras everywhere, maybe even the kind of cameras that have integrated microphones.

It's pricey to be a member there. There are three levels – corporate membership in New York has a $17,500 initial fee and $900 a month dues; an individual, private N.Y.C. membership is $7,500 and $325, and a shared membership, which essentially means a shared humidor, is $5,000 and $275.

My operating theory right now is that the NYC Grand Havana Room has had a state of the art security system installed that "see all and hears all". Where have we heard that before? Imagine the intel that originates in that members only club, where the members are very likely mostly anti-MAGA Wall Streeters, politicians, and NYC based entertainment and media types.

One of the articles I read said JK deliberately did not try to lease out much of the building because he was planning to re-develop it. It's hard to get tenants once you announce your plans to re-develop the building. I think that somewhere along the line JK realized that the Grand Havana Room Members-only cigar club on the top floor was a gathering place for Illuminati-types, a treasure trove of valuable intel for someone whose father-in-law had not hidden his Presidential ambitions, or his contempt for the NWO cabal.

Agree. It was a purchase with a purpose.

I'm also very intrigued by the hints that there is a substantial subterranean component to the building. Do you have any info on that?

Upstream in this thread an Anon listed some of the current tenants of the building, one of which is HSBC. From previous digs it's my understanding that HSBC is an Illuminati bank, so that got me thinking about a couple of coincidences: The 666 building was built/developed beginning in 1957 by the Tishman Realty and Construciton, who also were hired in 1967 to oversee construction of the WTC Twin Towers. Since 9/11 there have been questions/rumors about what happened to an enormous cache of gold that was allegedly stored somewhere in the subterranean levels of Building 7. What if that gold was transferred to another building with subterranean vaults, like 666 Fifth Avenue? What if that was the reason for the collapse of Building 7, even though it was not catastrophically damaged when the twin towers came down. Again, this is me thinking out loud. I have no sauce for this theory.
