Create the problem of uncontrolled immigration then wiat for the reaction and propose the solution of RFID chips. I bellieve that was HRC's intent.
However, DJT, faced with the problem of uncontrolled immigration created by the cabal, and the reaction of the populace to the problem, interrupted HRC's intent to apply RFID chips by proposing a physical wall that does not impinge on the liberty of US citizens.
