We should talk about Vornado–Kushner bought for 1.8 billion before the financial crisis. Sold 49.5% to Vornado for 80mil+assumption of 1/2 of the debt. Kushner plan is to tear down and build a 7.5 billion condo complex. Kushner has not found financing for this deal anywhere. Vornado wants to sell their stake, kush would need to take them out if he wants to rebuild a new tower. Feb 2019 the debt is due and puts a ton of pressure on kushner to secure new financing(this could be a plot to pressure Potus through family finances).
Im not sure how this business deal intersects with nfc/5g at all, but kushner is under a lot of pressure to secure financing before Feb next year or he has to the company needs to cough up 1.2 billion cash to pay off the note.

Sounds like they want to sell the chip yourself idea as a way of constant real-time monitoring of your health data. NFC/RFID powers the chip, sends data back to the scanner, gives data back to reader. New York is a one party consent state. If anyone in the conversation provides consent, the conversation can be recorded without the knowledge of any others conversing. Creating a recording this way does not require a warrant. A membership agreement that banned recording devices in a club might expose you to some civil liabilities, but it does not make it illegal or the recording obtained inadmissible in a court.
