This investigation is just starting publicly. These sorts of things never move quickly. The big parts of the storm are still AT LEAST a year away….probably longer.
The cabal has been loading up everyone's bodies with all kinds of stuff from chemtrails. This stuff (metals, crystals, and synthetic biology) gives them the ability to control our bodies. This can be done via satellite, HAARP, and yes, 5G. This is why Q has emphasized SpaceX + BO's dismantling of our space program.
Although everyone's bodies are infected with their "malware", not everyone is activated. They've experimented with the technology on certain groups of people (research whistleblower Bryan Kofron). However, the experiments have just been warm-ups for the big takeover.
The 5G gives them much greater control + will allow a complete takeover of the US as they can incapacitate Americans in many different ways (flu, heart attack, etc) via 5G + chemtrail implants. The 5G frequencies activate nanocrystals in our bodies (see piezoelectricity) which in turn allow them to command the synthetic biology (huge, growing field). The synthetic biology can do just about anything including injecting drugs into the body.

The building is important because it shields them from the technology, allows them to watch the suffering (harvest pain), and allows them access to deep underground bases. The mysterious booms being reported all over the country are Q + friends destroying underground structures.
