Grand Havana seems to have been technically owned by Stan Shuster, but maybe Belfort had a close connection to the place through Shuster.
This does look promising because “Wolf of Wall Street” involves hidden security cameras.
I.e. Belfort had cameras installed, which were still there when JK purchased the property.
