According to NCBI, silver is not only anti-bacterial but also anti-viral, including HIV-1.

 

What originally interested me was the potential for use in a nebulizer to treat respiratory illness. There is a veterinary version called Equisilver that is used specifically for this purpose.

 

So could work for a human in a nebulizer or possibly even with a vape kit.

 

Worth researching for anyone interested.

Was having a discussion on this earlier. There's a product called Equisilver, it's recommended by veterinarians for upper respiratory infections, which indicates that colloidal silver used in a nebulizer might be helpful. I would love to see some actual research done with humans, not just animals.

 

That said, lots of actual studies show that silver kills viruses. As long as you don't chug gallons of it, it wouldn't hurt to have on hand.

 

Then again, if you're at death's door, maybe it's better blue than dead…
