Sneeze in your fully cupped hands. Go wash your hands. Elbow sneezing is gross and does not catch the entire sneeze and actually sprays on everyone around you.
Of course sneezing into a tissue is best and I always try to have one handy. And seems that I am always next to a sneezing uncoordinated retard.
