Anons, I am pissed as hell. Just got my census form in the mail. Went online to fill it out. They wanted to know my race. No problem. After I clicked "white" they wanted to know my ethic origins. No problem. I typed in English/German/Irish/Welsh. But they NEVER asked if I was a U.S. citizen. They never asked of which country I was a citizen. I am a genealogist. Citizenship questions were always asked in the past.
