He said if a child is getting a paid for lunch at school they will continue to get this, but he didn't say how. I wondered about it, are they gonna have someone drive around like meals on wheels…or just give the family money?
The kid can't eat money. Is there someone at home who can/will cook for the kid? They left a lot to the imagination with that one.
